#OISEGrad is a digital strategy I created to celebrate students' achievement as I believe students feel valued and honoured when their goals are appreciated by the department where they obtained their degree. I follow students during Spring and Fall convocations or after they have defended their dissertations. I take and edit pictures of the new graduates and send out tweets congratulating them for the completion of their OISE degrees.
