When new students join the department, I plan Meet & Greet events so that they can meet current students and learn more about how to navigate their educational trajectory. These events are co-organized with the Student Association and I provide all the necessary assistance such as booking rooms, sending out invitations, creating posters, and liaising with new students. I also attend these events and assist new students by answering questions about the program they are enrolled in.
